Course readings will consist of a range of online materials & selected excerpts from Daniel Chow’s “The Legal System of the People’s Republic of China in a Nutshell.” The nutshell is listed as optional because the content for this book is available for free on Westlaw. Students need only purchase the book if they prefer using a hard copy text.
